Refund Policy

At AgentDMG, we’re committed to delivering quality service and transparency for every customer. Due to the nature of live pack openings (rip-and-ship), all sales are final once the product has been opened on stream.

 


 

 

Rip-and-Ship Orders

Once a product is opened live on stream (Twitch: @AgentDMG), it is considered fulfilled. We cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for opened items, regardless of the outcome of the pack contents.

 


 

 

Sealed Product Orders

If you purchase sealed product (not opened live), you may request a return if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unopened and in original condition

In these cases, please email us at itsagentdmg@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. Approved returns may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was on our end.
